Following a secret tour by the professional inspectors of the most prestigious and famous restaurant guide, Croatia now has three restaurants flaunting the coveted Michelin star!
Among the recipients is the Nebo restaurant at the Hilton Rijeka Costabella Beach Resort and Spa, where the head chef is Deni Srdoč, who has become the first Croatian chef to hold two Michelin stars in two top-tier establishments, after earning his first one as the youngest chef.
This is an outstanding accomplishment for such a young chef and the extraordinary Nebo Restaurant & Lounge, which opened only a few months ago and since then has wowed with its culinary masterpieces, as well as the ambience, wine selection and flawless service.
