This year’s Christmas market in Rijeka take place in the very heart of Rijeka – at Korzo, as part of Rijeka Advent 2025.

The market is a uniquely decorated and specially designated area with abundant holiday ornaments and identifiable promotional elements. Visitors can take in the true spirit of Advent in this free pedestrian zone, while the ambience and visual elements will guide them through a magical market experience – Korzo will become a Christmas market and vice versa.

The Christmas market comprises two rows of Advent booths with a wide-ranging offering.

• traditional “fritule” (doughnuts) made by three different producers,
• Advent ornaments and Christmas decorations,
• homemade charcuterie, family farm products and baked delicacies,
• modern takes on street food,
• products by the leading Indian brand of organic food, cosmetics and ayurvedic formulations,
• as well as numerous other interesting exhibitors.

The beloved Santa’s choo-choo train will once again pass through Korzo this winter, bringing joy to young children. Rides are free of charge.

Santa Claus Train starts operating on 5 December. Below is the timetable:

• 5–30 December 2026 – 10:00 AM–1:00 PM and 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
• 2–9 January 2027 – 4:00 PM–7:00 PM

The train will not operate on 24 and 25 December, or on 31 December and 1 January.
