Hidden wine bistro

The Hidden Wine Bistro is a dock for many a wine and gastronomy connoisseur. It was conceived by chef Deni Srdoč, a two-time Michelin star recipient, as a wine port that offers seasonal delicacies. The creative young chef Željko Vukićević is also involved in curating the culinary offering, while the sommelier Josip Nedić is tasked with pairing the wines and dishes. The wine list features precious wines from all over the world, many of which come by the glass.  

Bistronomy Port –  Hidden Wine Bistro, in the bistronomy port, blends the appreciation of wine with the creativity of the kitchen. Chefs Deni Srdoč and Željko Vukićević are responsible for every last detail on the menu in an attempt to showcase the freshest ingredients and provide an authentic gastronomic experience that will be stroking/awakening all your senses. Fostering zero waste, farm to table and share food concepts, the menu is constantly in tune with seasonal ingredients, interesting trends and the situation at Rijeka’s Placa.
