Tasting Port – Aquila Food & Wine; the young chef Rudolf Arnold uses local produce to prepare light and flavourful fish, meat, vegetarian and Mediterranean dishes that complement the wine list of winemakers from across Croatia. Also offered are tasting menus.

Aquila Food & Wine’s wine list gives a detailed description of wines, while the trained staff offers wines and sparkling wines from various wine-growing regions. The wines are paired with delicacies prepared by the young Rijeka chef Rudolf Arnold.
